Member name, Classification, School Grade, Barcode
Use:
For producing simple library member cards, useful if a school does not
provide student cards. No support for member pictures, but space is
reserved on the card for attaching pictures by hand.

Custom Layouts are not overwritten when OpenBiblio is updated.
